That makes sense. I know we're wanting to implement a phone system. So I will bring that up as well. Thank you again.
No problem. Also, it won't work on our side since we will need headphone and microphone in order to communicate with customers, otherwise, customer and employees in the store can hear the phone call on the computer.

Here's the reason for my inquiry:
I am not too sure, we don't work around with the phone call on Crisp
So if I click the phone icon here, it calls the store line?
We don't have an option to do aircall on Crisp since we handle Crisp on the computer and it is connected to the company's TV at the store. Majority of our customer base usually either do Crisp chatroom or they call the store line where they can find it on the Tso Website or any review websites that have our address and phone number, and we respond to the phone call.

Thanks! I was looking to see how a customer 'aircalled' us. It looks like we offer a phone option when chatting.
Can I ask, if we talk to people over the phone, has it been through Aircall or some other means? If it's not aircall, can I ask how? i.e. from the store line.
